Just what I wanted.

Received my cushion cover and gutted to discover the zip was broken. Because its origin was Australia, I felt it too much of a hassle to return so decided to sew the cover up instead. I did email Customer Service , and the response was very quick. A replacement cover was sent within 24 hours. This was the quickest response I’ve experienced and I was very impressed. The Cover is beautiful and I will be using this company again. Thank you.
